At The Room Antwerp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if an item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the box to help us identify your order quickly.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team in Antwerp inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
